Vargas is no stranger to the pawn business, as a previous employee of Super Pawn and working in the industry for 25 years he knows the ins and outs as well as anyone. “I’ve always enjoyed pawn, it’s an easy business working with people,” Vargas said.
As a previous construction worker, Vargas came into the pawn industry looking for something new, “Customer service and people is all I concentrate on…TNT Pawn has a nice vibe and customer clientele, I really like it here.”
Vargas has worked with the store manager of TNT Pawn, Shandry Lozano in the past and spoke of her great personality and management style, “She stands out among a lot of managers that I have worked with throughout the years, Shandry has always been one of my favorites.”
