Herdez Jewelry and Pawn reserves the right to stop any and all specials at any time without notice or explanation. Prices on any item do not necessarily reflect availability or future pricing. All sales are final.
Payment
Orders may be paid using Visa or MasterCard, or by money order or cash with prior telephone arrangement. If other arrangements are necessary, please call to discuss the possibility of accommodating your needs.
Shipping and Handling
All shipped packages will incur nonrefundable shipping and handling charges. All orders being shipped to an Arizona address will incur state sales tax where applicable.
Warranty
Products do not carry any warranty, implied or explicit, unless specified in the sales listing.
Returns
In cases where a product is returnable, that product is liable to incur a 25% restocking fee. Please contact Herdez Jewelry and Pawn to acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to returning any product. Products returned without an RMA will not be accepted.
Damages
Herdez Jewelry and Pawn goes to great lengths to ensure your merchandise gets to you in good condition. Please inspect all packages while the delivery agent is present, and if any damage is found, ask the delivery agent to note such damage(s). If damage is found, please contact the shipper/carrier, not Herdez Jewelry and Pawn; the shipper/carrier will instruct on how to proceed with your claim.
